Senior executive consultant of the Innovation Store of the Future project hired to assist CEO of Global Business Development with P&G’s preferred positioning to elevate its consulting capability by using industry-revered consumer insights to re-optimize the waste of $8 billion in competing manufacturers’ shelf resetting process. Partnered with online and marketing agency teams to identify, fund, and persuade New Business Development Commercial Brand team to apply project solutions for upcoming launches. Supervised a $1 million research budget & 25-person multi-department, inter-agency team.
