CHALLENGE: : Build new customer-centric brand experience strategy post-911 bankruptcy process.
Responsible for branding renaissance as Project Director Uniform multi-functional team along with co-leadership of 5 committees in 4 major departments impacting Image, Aircraft Security, and Employee Engagement post-911 bankruptcy process.

RESULTS:

  • Iconic Image Development - Brand Uniform Designer Sourcing and Selection Process culminated in selection of Richard Tyler to create the new uniform which also premiered at NY’s Fashion Week.; Co-led successful global sourcing and manufacturer negotiations of $5 million program with supplier and bankruptcy committee for production approval; Established new wearing guidelines to secure front-line employee acceptance and self-management.
  • Aircraft Re-engineering- Interior re-design of the 2nd largest fleet, the MD-88, and serving standards for all fleet types which increased resolution of customer service failures and potentially compromised on-board attentiveness.
  • Employee Engagement – Selected as Keynote Speaker for The Soul of Delta revitalization initiative. More than 20,000 employees attended events across 8 cities with more than 5,000 people at one Atlanta event.
  • Revenue Generation Role Revitalization – Negotiated complex deals and managed every phase of the deal lifecycle to create a new program with recruitment and training of 500+ Onboard FA revenue ambassadors in expanded roles with American Express, Wrigley’s and Coke, generating $18MM in revenue.
